Super Bowl LX gave us touchdowns, commercials, and one thing nobody had on their bingo card: a full-on wedding during the halftime show. Yes. An actual couple got married on the biggest stage in sports. And somehow, Bad Bunny was the reason it happened.
According to reports, the couple had originally invited Bad Bunny to their wedding. Bold move, optimistic and slightly delusional. Because inviting one of the biggest artists on the planet to your wedding usually gets you a polite “Congrats” and absolutely nothing else.
Instead, Bad Bunny said, ‘Nah. Let’s do this my way.’
Fast forward to Super Bowl LX halftime, lights, fireworks and dancers everywhere. Bad Bunny doing what he does best, then suddenly, boom. The music slows, the crowd gets confused and right there on the field, a couple walks out like this is the most normal thing ever.

They got married during the halftime show on live television with millions watching. No pressure!
The couple, who have not been named publicly, were married live, with Bad Bunny serving as their witness and signing their marriage certificate. The performance even showed the couple cutting their wedding cake on stage, sharing the joyous moment with those also on the stage.
Bad Bunny had a slew of special guests join him during the performance. Ricky Martin joined Gaga in performing during the Super Bowl halftime show. A gaggle of celebrity guests were also featured in his “La Casita” set piece including Alix Earle, Cardi B, Dave Grutman, Karol G, Jessica Alba, Pedro Pascal, Ronald Acuña Jr. and Young Miko.
Let’s be honest: this couple just won life. They didn’t need a honeymoon, they already peaked. You don’t top “married during the Super Bowl by Bad Bunny.” You just don’t.
So congratulations to the newlyweds. They got love, vows, fireworks, and a halftime show rolled into one.
And shoutout to Bad Bunny for proving that sometimes, when you invite a superstar to your wedding, they bring the wedding to the world.
