Stefon Diggs Subtly Reacts To Break Up Rumors With Cardi B

Stefon Diggs just lived through the kind of weekend that makes you want to throw your phone into the ocean. First, a tough Super Bowl LX loss. Then, the internet decides his love life needs a post-game breakdown too.

After the Seattle Seahawks handed out heartbreak on national television, rumors started flying that Diggs and Cardi B might be done.

And how did Diggs respond?

Not with a press release, not with a couple selfie and not even with a “y’all are weird” tweet.

No. He went cryptic with a couple of photos.

Following days of speculation, Diggs shared a cryptic message on Instagram, disabling the comments on the mysterious post.

‘Gratitude and Fear cannot coexist in the same space… a reminder to control what you can control, remain thankful and stay motivated,’ Diggs wrote in the caption.

The post featured a number of photos from the Patriots’ playoff run, including multiple of him arriving at stadiums on various gamedays.

Other snaps featured inspirational quotes, including one that read: ‘Luck didn’t get me this far… God did.’

Diggs tallied just three receptions for 37 yards in Sunday’s big game as his first season with the Patriots ended in a miserable 29-13 loss to the Seahawks.

The misery continued following the final play when reports began to emerge that Diggs and Cardi had unfollowed one another on Instagram.

Diggs’ subtle reaction says one thing clearly: he is not explaining himself, not today, not after that scoreboard and not while the memes are still loading.

And honestly? Respect.

If you lose the biggest game of your life, you are allowed to post a mysterious quote and disappear for a minute.

Whether it’s heartbreak from football or romance, one thing is clear: Stefon Diggs had a terrible weekend, and the timeline is not letting him rest.
