After being arrested for allegedly sexually abusing a student, a high school special education teacher Nadia Horn sobbed in her mugshot; police now think there are “multiple victims.”
After a school resource officer discovered an improper contact between a staff member and a student, Nadia M. Horn, a 22-year-old teacher at North High School in Eau Claire, Wisconsin, was taken into custody on Wednesday.
Regarding the instructor, who was once a student at the same institution, the Eau Claire Police Department stated:
“Through the course of the investigation, multiple victims have been identified,”
Lt. Mark Pieper did not provide further information regarding the original charges and informed WEAU that it is too early to estimate the number of victims.

Horn was placed on unpaid leave pending a “legal resolution” after the school became aware of the accusations, according to district authorities. In a message to the school community, Superintendent Mike Johnson stated:
“Learning about alleged inappropriate conduct by a staff member is deeply troubling for all of us,”
“We kindly request that the school community respect the privacy of our students and their families and refrain from spreading rumors or speculation.”
Horn was accused of second-degree sexual assault of a kid and sexual assault of a child by a member of the school staff. According to police, the investigation is still ongoing and there may be additional charges in the future.
