Royce Reed, the former “Basketball Wives” star and ex-partner of NBA veteran Dwight Howard, posted a video response mocking Amy Luciani’s tearful online breakdown, in which Luciani alleged that child protective services removed her daughter due to Howard’s alleged cocaine problem.
In the video, Reed addressed Luciani directly, saying, “Are you fucking crazy Amy? You call me crazy right? You said I was jealous. You said I wanted him when it’s always been about the damn kids.” Reed continued, “And now you want to sit here and cry and see her be like it’s because of what everybody else did to him. No, it’s because of what he does to people.” She concluded with, “Girl shut up.”

Luciani, who married Howard in 2024, shared her emotional video earlier, breaking down in tears and claiming, “This is what I’m losing my marriage to.” She alleged frequent police and CPS interventions in their home.
Reed and Howard share a 17-year-old son, Braylon, and have a history of public disputes, including Reed’s previous allegations of physical abuse and child support issues. Reed has claimed she warned Luciani about Howard.
Howard, 40, a former NBA All-Star who last played professionally in Taiwan, has not publicly responded to the latest allegations. The couple’s relationship has been under scrutiny since their engagement, with Reed previously receiving a cease-and-desist letter from Howard amid her online rants.
Social media reactions have been mixed, with some users supporting Reed’s stance and others criticizing her for appearing to take pleasure in Luciani’s distress
