Angel Reese Trolls Ex Jalen Duren With Clip Of Him Getting Dunked On In Game 4

There are petty moments and then there’s Hall of Fame petty. Angel Reese just delivered a masterclass.

So here’s the scene. Game 4. The Detroit Pistons are fighting for their lives against the Orlando Magic. Emotions are high, fans are stressed, and unfortunately for Jalen Duren, gravity is undefeated.

Enter Jamal Cain. Cain saw the rim, he saw Duren, and he chose violence. BOOM. Poster.

Duren gets baptized at the rim like it’s a Sunday service nobody asked for. The crowd loses it, the bench goes wild, and somewhere, probably holding her phone at the perfect angle, Reese hits “share.”

Yes, Reese posted the clip on her Instagram story. No caption needed, because sometimes the video says everything loudly.

Now here’s where it gets spicy:

Reese is romantically to Wendell Carter Jr.. You know, the guy on the Magic. The same team that just handed Duren and the Pistons that loss. So yes, the layers here are messy.

And then there’s the “ex” angle, where Reese and Duren were officially a thing.

Rumors about Reese and Duren dating had first emerged in 2024, and they intensified in late July that year, as they appeared to be vacationing in the same location. The rumors eventually died down, and Reese would later get linked to Carter. She was spotted at the Magic’s games during the 2024-25 season, and he was then spotted at her 23rd birthday party in May 2025.

Then, in November 2025, Carter called Reese his “girl” during an appearance on FanDuel TV’s Run It Back and said they’re locked in. These two have gone from strength to strength since.

Reese even went all the way to Germany when Carter’s Magic played the Memphis Grizzlies at the Uber Arena in Berlin on Jan. 15. You’d imagine she would have been at some of these playoff games against the Pistons, too, but the 2026 WNBA season is just around the corner. Reese was traded to the Atlanta Dream in April and will make her regular-season debut for the team on May 10 against the Minnesota Lynx.

Moral of the story? Choose your matchups carefully, on the court, and apparently off it too.
