Hailey Van Lith Says She Loves Black Guys While Dancing in Hot Tub

Chicago Sky guard Hailey Van Lith is embracing the offseason with a lighthearted moment that’s quickly going viral.

In a TikTok video posted Tuesday by a fan account and shared widely on X, the former TCU star appears in a hot tub, wearing a gray Adidas sports bra and black bottoms. She dances and lip-syncs while holding a coffee cup, with palm trees and a sunny sky in the background.

The 18-second clip features Van Lith mouthing along to lyrics from the song “Juice Week, Pt. 2,” specifically the verse by West Oakland rapper Tuesday.

Key lines include:

“West Oakland, bitch, Tuesday / I like a n*gga who like to lay low / Jet set, island / Pick a bitch up with a Draco / Me and my man, we on an island, hoe / Ocean breeze, palm trees / Backshots on a balcony.”

The track, part of a collaborative project, has become a social media sensation for its Bay Area swagger and catchy delivery.

The post, captioned “new HVL tiktok” on the fan account @HVLMuse, has drawn thousands of views and likes since going live late Tuesday.

Van Lith, 23, was selected by the Sky with the No. 11 overall pick in the 2025 WNBA Draft after a standout final college season at TCU, where she averaged 17.9 points, 4.6 rebounds and 5.4 assists while leading the Horned Frogs to the Elite Eight for the first time in program history. She reunited in Chicago with former LSU teammate Angel Reese and made the 12-player roster as a rookie.

In her first professional season, Van Lith adapted quickly in a supporting role behind veterans, showing flashes of the scoring and playmaking ability that made her a college standout at Louisville and TCU. She earned praise for her work ethic and competitiveness while contributing off the bench.

Heading into the 2026 WNBA season, Van Lith’s prospects look promising as a second-year guard on a young Sky squad. Chicago returns a core featuring Reese, Kamilla Cardoso and other 2025 draftees, giving Van Lith an opportunity to expand her role. Analysts note her scoring versatility and leadership could make her a key rotational piece — or even a starter — if she continues developing defensively in a league that rewards guards who can create off the dribble.

The Sky are expected to protect their young talent ahead of the 2026 expansion draft for new franchises in Toronto and Portland, with Van Lith viewed as a long-term building block alongside Reese.

Van Lith has not commented publicly on the TikTok, but the clip underscores the lighter side of an athlete known for her intensity on the court. WNBA training camps typically open in April, meaning her hot-tub vibes may soon give way to preseason workouts.

For now, fans are enjoying the rare glimpse of the guard relaxing — and perfectly timing her dance moves to one of the summer’s breakout anthems.
