Just when the internet thought the drama meter around Dak Prescott had hit its limit, the Dallas Cowboys quarterback popped back up smiling next to ex-fiancee Sarah Jane Ramos at their daughter’s birthday party like absolutely nothing happened.
The former couple linked up to celebrate their youngest daughter Aurora turning one year old, and social media immediately grabbed popcorn after photos from the party started making rounds online. In the now-viral Instagram Story, Dak and Sarah were all smiles while posing together like two people who definitely didn’t just have the internet talking about “bridesmaid drama” a few days ago.
In the photo, Dak held their 2-year-old daughter Margaret while crouching down beside Sarah for the family picture. Sarah rocked a straw cowboy hat because apparently this was not just a birthday party, this was a full Texas family movie poster.
Meanwhile little Aurora sat in front of her birthday cake looking completely unaware that social media detectives were zooming into every pixel of the photo trying to figure out the current relationship status.
Ramos wrote, “How is this perfect baby 1 today? Grateful for the best day celebrating her.”
The wine and spirits specialist, 32, shared throwback pics of Aurora on her Instagram Stories, including one of her and Prescott in the hospital after she gave birth to her.
“A year ago we were battling to get you Earthside. My little fighter,” she wrote.
Ramos and Prescott’s reunion comes after he was spotted holding hands and flirting with Caitlin Rance — one of Ramos’ would-be bridesmaids from the wedding they ended up dramatically canceling.
Multiple eyewitnesses claimed to us that the pro athlete and Rance were all over each other at a Pro Bull Riders event in Fort Worth, Texas, last Friday — holding hands and acting like a couple — though they were with a group of friends, including some Cowboys players.
At the end of the day, Aurora got her birthday celebration, Margaret got family time, Sarah got her Instagram moment, and Dak once again proved that no matter what happens, he somehow stays right in the middle of social media chaos without even saying much.
