Dillon Brooks and LeBron James might have one of the funniest rivalries in basketball because nobody can ever tell if Brooks genuinely dislikes LeBron or if he just enjoys trolling the entire NBA for entertainment.
This week, Brooks added another chapter to the saga after showing up to watch the Los Angeles Lakers get sent home by the Oklahoma City Thunder in Game 4 of their playoff series.
And not just casually sitting somewhere hidden either.

No! Brooks was spotted sitting underneath the basket like a man who absolutely knew cameras would find him eventually.
The funniest part? Brooks’ own Phoenix Suns had already been eliminated by Oklahoma City in the first round. So fans instantly started joking that Brooks pulled up to personally enjoy LeBron’s playoff suffering like it was a VIP movie premiere.

Brooks also spoke on if he hates LeBron James.
“I think he’s just more efficient, like with winning,” Brooks said on the stream (0:32 mark).
“He has more championships, he’s got more clutch game wins,” he added. “He played how many less seasons than LeBron, like six or seven seasons less than LeBron?”
LeBron continues living rent-free inside basketball conversations at age 41 while still somehow being the center of drama even during another playoff exit.
At this point, the Brooks-LeBron storyline feels eternal. One side claims it’s just competition, the other side thinks Brooks secretly keeps a framed LeBron photo somewhere just to fuel his daily motivation.
Either way, Dillon Brooks attending that game was comedy gold. NBA pettiness remains undefeated.
