Former Metro Nashville Police Department officer Lisa Vidrios resigned after an internal investigation found she had inappropriate encounters with another officer inside Madison Middle School, where she was assigned as a school resource officer.
Yes, a place meant for students, safety, and learning became the setting for a controversy that nobody had on their school calendar.
According to the Office of Professional Accountability report, Vidrios admitted to having a relations with another officer while she was married. Investigators said the encounters happened multiple times inside the school during May 2025.
And because apparently the situation was not already shocking enough, investigators said video from Vidrios’ phone showed the encounters taking place inside her office while students and staff were still in the building.
The investigation reportedly found that staff members could be heard outside the door during one of the encounters. That means while people were walking through the halls doing their jobs, something completely inappropriate was happening behind the office door.
The mother of three also recorded herself having sex inside the other officer’s police car, where they were intimate on at least two occasions while on duty, according to the report.
At least one of those kinky encounters took place in the parking lot of an abandoned hospital, it said.
Vidrios served nine years in the US Marine Corps before joining the force.
After she and her police officer husband moved from San Diego to Music City in 2022 – when they became the first married couple to graduate from the Metro Nashville Police Training Academy together – Vidrios was hand-selected by the department to represent their graduating class.
School resource officers are placed in schools to protect students, build trust, and serve as a connection between law enforcement and the community.
They are not expected to create the kind of headline that makes everyone uncomfortable reading it.
The platinum blonde mom was then featured in a cringe-worthy promotional video touting her family’s move.
“I came here to Nashville with my family, and my husband included, who is also now a member of the Metro Police Department with me,” a perfectly-quaffed Vidrios said in the clip.
“We have three children together – ages 6, 4, and 1 years old – and we love spending time as a family and doing everything we can throughout the city of Nashville,” she gushed.
Instead of being remembered for protecting students, she is now at the center of a scandal that has left many people asking serious questions.
