Adva Lavie is back in the headlines, and this time the storyline involves another arrest.
The Los Angeles model and social media influencer, who also goes by Mia Ventura, has been arrested again in connection with a new theft investigation. Apparently, her legal troubles decided they were not finished with her just yet.
Lavie has previously been accused of targeting wealthy victims through dating apps. Now, Beverly Hills police have reportedly arrested her over a separate theft allegation connected to Riverside County.
According to reports, Lavie was arrested around 10:30 p.m. Tuesday. That is certainly one way to end a Tuesday night.
Jail records show that she is also accused of violating a court order. She was scheduled to appear in court Thursday.
Lavie, 29, was charged in March with six felony counts stemming from a string of alleged thefts and burglaries that prosecutors say occurred between 2023 and 2025.
According to the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office, Lavie allegedly used dating apps to cultivate relationships with wealthy older men and younger women before burglarizing or stealing cash, gold, designer items and other valuables from homes in Westlake Village, West Hollywood, Los Angeles and Beverly Hills.
Prosecutors allege she posed as a girlfriend and travel companion to gain access to victims’ homes before stealing from them.
The charges include two counts of grand theft, two counts of unauthorized use of personal identifying information, one count of first-degree residential burglary with a person present and one count of first-degree residential burglary.
Of course, being accused of something is not the same as being convicted. The allegations still have to go through the legal system, and Lavie is entitled to due process.
Lavie has pleaded not guilty to all charges.
In March, a judge ordered her to stand trial following a preliminary hearing. She was released from custody on electronic monitoring and ordered to stay away from the named victims while awaiting trial.
Authorities have not publicly released additional details about the new Riverside County theft allegation. Jail records indicate Lavie is being held without bail.
If convicted as charged in the Los Angeles County case, Lavie faces up to 11 years and eight months in state prison, prosecutors said.
One thing is certain: Lavie’s story has moved far beyond Instagram and OnlyFans. The latest posts about her are coming from police records and court documents instead.
