Bryson DeChambeau may have found himself in a new golf-related situation, and this time, there is no leaderboard involved.
The LIV Golf star has been linked to social media personality and former Canadian hockey player Mikayla Demaiter. Fans started connecting the dots after Demaiter was spotted at LIV Golf New York at Trump National Golf Club Bedminster.
She was not exactly dressed like someone who accidentally wandered onto the course.
Demaiter was wearing an LIV guest pass around her neck, and apparently, that was enough for the internet detectives to clock in for work.
Demaiter was also seen wearing a Crushers GC hat at one point — the team DeChambeau captains for LIV Golf.
Things took another turn when Demaiter took a selfie earlier this week in front of a closet full of sneakers and hats.
Fans began to question whether she was at the two-time U.S. Open champion’s home.
Additionally, she shared a picture of an ocean-side golf course on her Instagram story on Sunday.
Neither DeChambeau, 32, nor Demaiter have confirmed if they are in a relationship.
Demaiter, meanwhile, has become a major social media personality after her hockey career. She regularly shares lifestyle and sports-related content with her large online audience.
Her appearance at the LIV event certainly caught attention.
Still, being spotted at a tournament does not automatically mean two people are dating. People attend sporting events for plenty of reasons, and sometimes a guest pass is simply a guest pass.

For now, the DeChambeau-Demaiter romance remains a rumor. Neither has publicly confirmed that they are a couple, but fans are clearly interested.
