The Eagles have signed a quarterback that knows Chip Kelly’s system. Is this the quarterback who will challenge Michael Vick for the starters job now is the question.
Jeff Sperbeck reported the signing via his twitter account.

Adam Schefter of ESPN is reporting that it’s a two-year deal.

In Dixon, the Eagles will have a backup who knows Kelly’s system like the back of his hand, but it remains to be seen if he’ll be given the chance to start.
