Adrian Peterson is the best running back on the planet, who just so happens to moonlight as Super Man on Sundays.
Peterson is the reigning league most valuable player, and a guy who’s standards are so high, he can’t fathom not gaining 100 yards in a game.
“Every time I don’t get 100, I think ‘wow,’” Peterson said, via 1500ESPN.com. “Because it’s so easy to get 100.”
Peterson rushed for 100 yards 10 times last season, so I can understand what he’s saying. To reach his goal of 2500 yards rushing, Peterson would have to average 156 yards rushing per game.
