I understand what he is saying, but he should have worded it a little better. You are paying Jay Cutler like a quarterback who should be as good as Aaron Rodgers.
Aaron Rodgers makes his team better, so by saying Cutler is less of a quarterback than he is, you are basically saying you overpaid for him.

I understand the team concept and yes you have to have a good team to win games, but if your Quarterback isn’t on a Franchise level when it matters most, it won’t matter how good the team is.
