With the Summer of LeBron part two all but complete, fans and players are starting to look towards the regular season for some actual, on-the-court basketball to start up again. Like most superstars, James is already well into his off-season regimen in preparation for his return season with the Cleveland Cavaliers. While some players use the off-season to bulk up, the four-time MVP has instead used it to slim down. A recent photo posted by LeBron on Instagram shows the King looking much thinner than we last remember.
So just how did James cut so much weight? According to ESPN’s resident LeBron expert Brian Windhorst, the All-Star cut carbs this summer with the hopes of slimming down.

It will be interesting to see how James’ new frame handles the grind of the NBA season. With his return to Cleveland taking the NBA world by storm, this is sure to be a season to remember for the MVP.
