With Jameis Winston facing a disciplinary hearing for his 2012 rape allegations, the best course of action may be to drop out of Florida State University to avoid any further prosecution from school officials. The school reportedly informed Winston this past week that he will face a school disciplinary hearing that he raped a fellow student. Winston has avoided any finding of fault legally, even though the statute of limitations for the case does not expire until 2017, even though there is no indication from law enforcement to re-open case. Typically a code of conduct hearing occurs after a student has been charged, and a committee of students and faculty and staff serve as the judges.
