If Lakers head coach Byron Scott was trying to get on Kobe Bryant’ good side, this is definitely a proper start.
The Lakers host the Rockets on Tuesday night to open the regular season, and Scott fired a shot directly at Dwight Howard.
In Scott’s eyes, Kobe is serious about his rings, Dwight is not.
“My outside perspective is Kobe is a real serious guy and wants to win championships,” Scott said. “I don’t know if Dwight is that serious about it. I know No. 24 is and that probably was the clash.”
Scott went onto say this about Howard, I’m “sure he would love to play and beat the crap out of us.”
