In the Seminoles defense, I’ve played the sore loser role well after really bad losses. I understand the lack of class part, but I also understand the Noles and their feelings.
FSU wasn’t feeling the sportmanship after losing for the first time in two-years. Most of the Seminoles headed straight to the locker room after losing to Oregon in the Rose Bowl, 59-20, many Seminoles — ESPN announcers estimated about 75 percent of them — did not meet the Ducks at midfield to shake hands.
Kirk Herbstreit in particular was crushed the Noles.

Considering how the Ducks acted afterwards, I wouldn’t have shaken hands either.
