How many times have we heard this story:
Routine traffic stop, cops smell weed and next thing you know someone getting arrested for being a “fake” Tony Montana.
The latest player in trouble is Atlanta Falcons defense tackle Jonathan Babineaux who was arrested on multiple charges, including possession of marijuana with intent to deliver according to ProFootBallTalk.com.
They found three bags containing 40 grams of marijuana.
I am not a drug expert, so you can tell me if that is a lot or a little weed, but I do know that one bag a weed is too much for anybody to be riding around with if they don’t want to get to be arrested.
Just use your brain sometimes.
Babineaux was booked around 1am and was released around 5am.
*Update*
The intent to distribute charge has been dropped.
