LeBron James is without a doubt, “the best player in the world” — but should a guy with a 2-4 record in the NBA Finals be concerned about “his legacy.”
James said he isn’t worried about his legacy during a stop on the “Today” show’s Matt Lauer.
Lauer: Have you begun to think about legacy, Lebron?
James: No, I really haven’t. I think legacy will speak for itself. Who I am as a man and what I do off the floor defines my legacy more than what I do on the court. That’s just how I’ve always thought about it but I don’t really get caught up into it too much.
James is likely to go down as one of the top three or four greatest players ever, in NBA history. There are some all-time greats who’ve never won an NBA title, let alone played in five straight.
