I’m no strength trainer, but lack of ass muscle is the least of Sam Bradford’s issues as quarterback of the Philadelphia Eagles.
Trainer Andrew Hurst, who writes for Brian Baldinger, published an article claiming that if Sam Bradford could add about 20 pounds of muscle to his butt, then his accuracy would improve.

Hurst believes that Bradford’s lack of glute strength is causing problems in his throwing motion.
