In the sports world, it feels like Greg Hardy is public enemy number one.
The Dallas Cowboys pass rusher was originally suspended for 10 games, but that punishment was reduced to four games. However, with the pictures of Hardy’s ex-girlfriend leaking onto the internet, fans are in a complete uproar on how the NFL is allowing this man to play.
NFL hall of famer and Cowboys legend, Roger Staubach, has made it clear on how he feels about the situation.
“I’m rooting for the Cowboys, I don’t root for him,” Roger Staubach told USA Today. “I’m still rooting for the Cowboys. I’m not a Hardy fan.”
Staubach went on to elaborate.
“We know what he did,” Staubach said. “I’ve got a wife and four daughters and I’ve got 12 granddaughters. I would go ballistic if anybody touched any of our daughters or granddaughters in a harmful way. I’m not that forgiving for anybody that commits domestic violence.”
I don’t think Hardy has any backers at this point and deservedly so.
