Kwame Brown was the first overall pick by the Wizards in the 2001 NBA Draft but did not play in the NCAA. He went to the league straight out of high school. He recently disapproved of the NCAA’s one-and-done rule where players have to play at least one year of playing college ball before they go to the NBA.
Brown said to TMZ Sports that he’s not fully supportive of the one-and-done rule. Brown said that they can buy guns at 18 but can’t even go straight to the NBA.
