Louisiana State University gymnast Olivia Dunne has opened up about her struggles while figuring out the Name, image, and likeness landscape (NIL) in college athletics. Dunne had a hard time figuring out fame and now, she seems to have overcome those struggles as she is sailing smoothly in her sports career as well as her influencer career.
According to Dunne in a recent interview with People Magazine;
“The past few years, juggling NIL or ever since my sophomore year, since the summer of 2021, I’ve definitely had a hard time finding balance”.
“That’s really important because if you don’t have balance, that can affect your mental health.
“I finally feel like I got a grasp on it this year. It’s just compartmentalizing things mentally is very important in my everyday routine.”

I really admire Olivia Dunne’s zeal and persistence and how she has been able to make a name for herself and become a household when it comes to college sports.
Currently, Dunne has an NIL valuation of an estimated $3.5 million and is being followed by over 12 million people on Instagram and TikTok combined. She is living the dream of many young college female athletes out there.
Off Dunne’s struggles with fame, she is having a happy and peaceful romance with her boyfriend Paul Skenes and they seem to be into each other judging from Dunne’s social media activities.
And on her endorsement deals, the Post reports that;
She has brand deals across the health and wellness, fashion, beauty and lifestyle spaces including Accelerator energy drink, Motorola cell phone company, Vuori clothing, EA Sports, Body Armor, Grubhub, Linktree, Forever 21 and American Eagle Outfitters.
Dunne made her Sports Illustrated Swimsuit debut in the 2023 issue earlier this year, and has posed for Elle magazine and Forbes.
Dunne is now the standard when it comes to college sports and sports influencing.
