10 Years Prior, Travis Kelce Had Declared His Passion for Hockey and Pledged to “Change” the Status Quo

One of the NFL’s top tight ends, according to Travis Kelce, is now. Kelce’s love for ice hockey was evident. The tight end, who was just pictured at the Stanley Cup playoffs, still gets excited about being around sports. It’s interesting to note that this presence instantly brought back his tweet from ten years ago, in which he declared his love for the game.

Following the 2013 season, Travis Kelce expressed his intense desire for ice hockey on X, the former name of Twitter. He also acknowledged spending eight years of his life on the sport, but also acknowledged that he hadn’t skated since he gave it up.

“I really love Hockey… I haven’t stepped on the ice since I quit after playing 8 years… But that’s got to change! I miss it too much,”  Kelce Tweeted.

The tight end played ice hockey with his brother during their school years before becoming heavily involved in football. Travis demonstrated a great deal of promise over his eight arduous years of ice hockey.

And since he began playing football professionally, the tight end has made subliminal references to the game.
