Shedeur Sanders Discusses His Approach to Colorado’s 2023 Losing Season

2023 was a dismal season for the Colorado Buffaloes, despite Coach Prime being in charge. The Buffs had 8 losses and only 4 wins at the end of the season, after a strong start. The terrible record demoralized both players and fans, but starting quarterback Shedeur Sanders is not taking it too personally.

The young quarterback is optimistic about his next opportunity to produce a winning season in spite of the attention and criticism.

Shedeur Sanders talks about the horror season

He gave the following explanation to the media about his thinking for the upcoming season:

“I haven’t pretty much gone this in my career. So far, I haven’t really played that many games to where it came to the wire. We had like three four games and it’s like, okay cool so that’s why I say I got the layout of the land. Don’t worry we’re in great hands so then we’re good.”

Shedeur has been the target of the greatest criticism of the team, which has been subject to intense examination. Even though he was performing at the peak of his abilities, the offense’s other players fell short. In addition, he struggled with a concerning ailment in the middle of the campaign.

Having stated it twice, he believes he is now ready to go on and say, “We are in good hands.” He seemed to be feeling secure and eager to go after recovering from his injuries.
