Sydney Sweeney has come under fire for attending Glenn Powell’s sister’s wedding in “inappropriate” attire. It was disclosed that the actress was left single after she and her fiancé, Jonathan Davino, chose to part ways.
At his sister Leslie’s special day in Dallas, Sydney Sweeney, 27, and Glenn Powell, 36, who have consistently denied being more than friends, were seen together.
The two became close while filming the movie Anyone But You, which led to romance rumors. Then, throughout the 2023 movie’s promotion, they engaged in intense flirting.
Sydney now spent the weekend with Glenn’s family after splitting from Jonathan. Her outfit choice, however, was what really got everyone talking, not simply the romance rumors circulating about her and Glenn.
As she rejoiced with the Powell family, the White Lotus attracted attention in her baby-blue clothing. The gorgeous gown, designed by V. Chapman, had a ruffled maxi skirt and a corset-style bodice. Some admirers, however, believe that the dress’s light hue was too near to white, particularly when the Euphoria star was positioned next to the 31-year-old bride.
Only the bride should wear white, unless she specifically asks guests to wear the neutral hue. This is a well-known faux pas.
