Things got uglier on the “Fresh & Fit” Podcast after DJ Akademiks called out an Instagram model identified as Whitney LeDawn for giving birth out of wedlock.
Whitney LeDawn allegedly pulled a gun on DJ Akademiks and “fired back by highlighting Ak’s weight and pointing out gluttony as a sin.”

In the above clip, the model — who’s been identified as Whitney LeDawn — was getting ready to exit her appearance on the podcast before Akademiks called her out for having a child out of wedlock. LeDawn, who identified herself as a Christian, fired back by highlighting Ak’s weight and pointing out gluttony as a sin.
LeDawn’s response sparked a huge argument between the two as they both traded insults and disparaging remarks. The model also called out Akademiks and the Fresh & Fit hosts for being disrespectful to the female guests.
Later in the exchange, Akademiks threatened to have her beaten if he felt disrespected. The conversation became more heated as Ak and LeDawn left their seats and engaged in a shouting match before the model was escorted away.
After the commotion seemed to die down, Akademiks reappeared and said, “I don’t know what shorty was reaching for in her bag,” before someone is heard yelling at the guests to move and stating, “If bullets come down this way, I ain’t getting nobody f******
hurt!”
Thankfully, no one was hurt, and no triggers were pulled.
You have to be careful out here because it only takes a second to make a bad decision that could change everyone’s life for the worse. This isn’t the first person who has thought about or threatened to shoot Akademkiks, so he also needs to be careful.
I am glad cooler heads prevailed, and everyone was able to return home to their families after the wild scene.
