Slim 400 had avoided death in 2019 after being shot nine times, but sadly, he wasn’t so lucky this time.
He was shot and killed in Inglewood, according to TMZ.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ … Slim was gunned down Wednesday night in Inglewood. It’s currently unclear what led to the shooting and how many suspects were involved.
Born to military parents in Germany, Slim moved back to Los Angeles as a young child and was raised in Compton. The rapper was later discovered and signed by the now nonexistent Pu$haz Ink music label — the same one made popular by YG and DJ Mustard.
He was only 33 years old.
Slim 400, whose real name is Vincent Cohran, an American Rapper and producer from Compton, California is being reported to have died after being shot in Inglewood on Wednesday evening, December 8. He was 33 years old. He was a good friend, labelmate, and collaborator of YG and had survived a shooting back in 2019 after being shot 10 times.
The Compton rapper enrolled at Morningside High School. Slim 400 began pursuing his career at the age of 13. Eventually, he caught YG’s attention and they became good friends. In 2008 he joined Pushaz Ink Label. The label was under YG, Dj Mustard, and Ty Dollar Sign.
In 2014 alongside YG, they appeared in a short film Blame It on the Streets. It was directed by Alex Nazari and Darryl Lucky Rodgers. In 2015 he released his 8-tracked EP, Foe Block. The project featured; Mitchy Slick, Yung LB, and a few others.
Slim 400 second EP, All Blassik was released in 2016, August. It was spearheaded by the single Bruisin. The official video received more than 15 million viewers on YouTube.
The second installment of Slim’s Foe Block was released in 2017, March. Since his Debut, the West Coast rapper has worked with Labels like; Empire Distribution, Get Dough, and All Money in Records.
