The 20-year-old North Carolina man was arrested Sunday for larceny in Alamance County, where the adjacent mug shot was snapped by jailers.
Maybe because his name is Notorious this isn’t his first run in with the law, he has been arrested for petty crimes for the last 5 years or so.
