Kid Rock is headlining Turning Point USA’s “All-American” Super Bowl Halftime Show, an alternative to Bad Bunny’s halftime show performance.
This year, the Super Bowl decided to get complicated. While millions of fans would be glued to the official halftime show, a small but very loud corner of America are like: “Nah, we need an alternative.” Enter Turning Point USA and their “All-American Halftime Show” because apparently, some people think the national pastime isn’t complete without trucks, flags, and a little classic rock patriotism.
Headlining this bold, slightly chaotic venture? Kid Rock. Yes, Kid Rock and country artists Brantley Gilbert, Lee Brice and Gabby Barrett.
The NFL stood by its selection after some conservatives objected to Bad Bunny, the American artist who performs in Spanish.
Bad Bunny, 31, won album of the year at the Grammys on Sunday, via “DeBÍ TiRAR MáS FOToS,” marking the first time an all-Spanish-language album has won in the coveted category.
Bad Bunny’s performance will be aired on NBC, while the alternative show “can be streamed on Turning Point USA social media channels, including YouTube, X, and Rumble,” the group said.
“In addition to social media, the program will air on partner platforms, including Daily Wire+, Real America’s Voice, TBN, CHARGE!, The National News Desk, NTD.com, and OAN News,” Turning Point USA added.
Turning Point USA spokesman Andrew Kolvet called his group’s show “an opportunity for all Americans to enjoy a halftime show with no agenda other than to celebrate faith, family, and freedom.”
Let’s just be honest this is the racist halftime show.
