When ESPN’s senior NBA source Shams Charania revealed on Tuesday that LeBron James would leave the Los Angeles Lakers after eight years and become an unrestricted free agent for the fourth time in his illustrious career, the NBA world was completely upended.
Kendrick Perkins of ESPN has made unsuccessful attempts to get in touch with Rich Paul, the founder and CEO of Klutch Sports, the de facto leader of that group, in hopes of learning more about James’s future plans. Big Perk is now venting his annoyance at Paul’s disregard for him.
Perk stated on ESPN:
“Rich Paul, little turtle head snotty nose *ss called me all throughout the season,”
“Every time I’m on TV, I get a text message from him. I’ve been calling him for two days now, and he been ignoring me. We got a problem.”

James’s legacy is indisputable, regardless of where he ends his career. In May, Ian Eagle even expressed his desire for the league to commemorate James with a farewell tour. However, if Paul’s rejection of Perkins is any sign, he will have to wait, just like everyone else, for the future Hall of Famer to announce his choice.
