Ex-UCF Fighter Melvin Guillard continues to treat life outside the octagon as if he still is in it, racking up more charges and jail time. After allegedly being recorded going full “Royal Rumble” on patrons at a Colorado bar, knocking one man unconscious, his violence has taken a dark turn. TMZ is reporting that Guillard was arrested last April for beating up and choking his mistress.
According to the police report, the alleged victim told cops she had asked Guillard when he was finally going to leave his wife so they could be together … and that’s when he snapped.
She claims Guillard choked her multiple times — and at one point, “she was scared he ‘might kill her.'”
When cops arrived, they noticed injuries to her face and neck and arrested Guillard on the spot for 2nd-degree assault, strangulation.
Maybe due to taking beatings in the octagon by Nate Diaz,Justin Gaethje and Donald Cerrone, he feels the need to take revenge on civilians and women, and if found to be guilty he’ll need that same energy fighting off other prisoners.
Guillard is currently being held on $5,000 cash bond. Click here to see him throw down in Colorado.
