It seems like every ex NBA great from the 90’s is interviewing for the Pistons head coaching job.

I believe Bill Laimbeer will end up with the job, but Patrick Ewing hopes to wow Joe Dumars.

Patrick Ewing will reportedly get an interview with the Pistons. Ewing, who is currently an assistant with the Orlando Magic, has previously expressed a desire to become a head coach in the NBA. From what we can tell, he has as good a chance as anyone in this race, since the Pistons have obviously not been blown away by the current list of candidates. It has taken them almost a month to pick a coach, clearly no one has come out and won the job.

As we’ve mentioned before, Kelvin Sampson is in the mix and has interviewed.

Maybe they can get Scottie Pippen to interview as well, we know his talent evaluations are on point………*wait*
