The good news is that Ingram is ok.
Anytime you are in an accident with a big rig like that it could be fatal, so he is extremely lucky here are the details.
New Orleans Saints running back Mark Ingram was not injured early this morning when the vehicle he was traveling in collided with a tractor trailer in Hunstville, Ala.
Fox-6 in Alabama reports that the Heisman Trophy winner from Alabama was riding with his girlfriend when the accident occurred at 1 a.m. No injuries were reported.
Per the report, police said alcohol did not play a factor in the crash. Ingram was the first-round draft pick of the Saints.
Good that no one was drunk or injured.
Just be careful out on the highways.
