Michael Vick: “The Dream Team Thing is Over”

Here is what is hilarious about that statement.

The Dream Team thing never started.  Even with all of their signings I didn’t think the Eagles were the best team in the league.  They didn’t sign any Lebron James type player or fix some of the biggest problems (the offensive line and lack of speed at Linebacker).

The whole Dream Team thing was more of a joke to me, didn’t know they took it seriously.

The dream team thing is over,” Vick said in an interview with the team’s web site. “Now we just have to forget about everything that’s happened and take it one game at a time. That’s what I’ve sensed in the locker room. I sense change. Nobody’s happy about this.”

Vick said he feels sick about the Eagles’ 1-3 record.

“It’s the worst,” Vick said. “At this level, in a game of this magnitude, especially for our organization and how hard we’ve worked, it makes it very difficult. Now the only thing to do is to go out there and get it worked out.”

The lesson here is never let Vince Young speak.  Normally when that happens the results aren’t very good.  Even though Vick is getting some criticisms for the most part he has played well, it is the rest of the team that has failed him.  It is just easier to blame him.

I think the Eagles win against the Bills, but if they don’t watch for the wheels to fall off the car.
