One of the great things about Twitter is it gives everyone voice.

I can get a message out to 100k people (when you include RTs) literally in seconds.

With that being said, Twitter has allowed people who normally wouldn’t be consider professionals in certain areas influence opinions and sometimes spread crazy rumors.

A lot of times that is someone’s death, but in this case it is Rob Lowe saying he has sources telling him Peyton Manning will retire today.

At some point Manning might retire, but I can assure you it won’t be today.

Still would trust Rob Lowe over Skip Bayless.
