Marshall Faulk Says Anyone Can Throw for 5k, Knocks Matthew Stafford

I wouldn’t say anyone can throw for 5000 yards.

I don’t think Tim Tebow ever will and it is still a big number.  It is definitely easier, but don’t agree it should just be dismissed like this.

“Throwing for 5,000 yards in the NFL right now is nothing. I don’t want to take anything away from it. As much as people throw the football now, you better have 5,000 (yards) if you have Calvin Johnson.”

Calvin Johnson helps of course, but Matthew Stafford had an incredible season it just was overlooked, but while Megatron had a lot of yards he didn’t have them all.

Give Stafford some credit.
