Desean has his money so now he can play.
Seems crazy that Jackson will be paid less that Pierre Garcon, but it is all about leverage and timing. Jackson had none.
The contract is to believed to be incentive laden, so if Jackson screws up he won’t touch a lot of that money, so he needs to be on best behavior.
