Wikipedia Had Already Fired Erik Spoelstra Before Game 6 Started

I think all things considered Coach Spo has done a good job in a crazy situation.

Everyone once in awhile he gets out coached, but on the flipside he has made some great adjustments as well. Add in the fact he has to deal with Lebron and Wade, I think he gets too much of the blame when things go wrong and not enough of the credit when things go right.
