Swagger was riding dirty in Mississippi, so he is lucky to have made it out of there with just some tickets. According to TMZ he was pulled over for speeding.

When the cops pulled him out of the car, they determined he was drunk and a subsequent search revealed, he also had marijuana in the car.

He was released on his own recognizance and all of his charges are simple misdemeanors.
