Hines Ward has conquered the NFL and Dancing with the Stars and the now the retired NFL star is looking to conquer the Ironman Triathlon.

Ward stars in a new documentary, “Become One,” that follows him and three other athletes on their journey as they train for the 2013 Ironman World Championship. The cameras will chronicle their journey for seven months as they prepare to compete in the grueling competition that includes a back-to-back 2.4 mile open water swim, 112 mile bike race, and a 26.2 mile marathon. The web series will document the ups and downs, spotlight their routines before and after working out, and the importance of nutrition including using low fat chocolate milk to help their bodies recover.

Ward seems to succeed at whatever he puts his mind to, and I expect the Ironman competition will be no different.
