There is no denying that Russell Westbrook is a part of the COLORS “Cool Outrageous Lovers of Uniquely Raw Style” Club. It was only a matter of time before magazines and fashion designers would start calling the NBA star to feature him in their work, after continuing to show off his unique style on and off the court.
Westbrook isn’t afraid to take risk and go against the norm with his fashion choices, and this time it’s paying off in more ways than one.
While looking dapper wearing red jeans, and a black-and-white printed shirt, paired with over-sized aviator sunglasses, Westbrook makes history after becoming the first professional athlete to grace the cover of FLAUNT Magazine. In the article Westbrook opens up about his love for fashion, time in OKC, and his worth ethic.
I’m not sure too many men would feel confident enough to wear some of the fashion choices of Westbrook, but he does it with confidence which adds extra value to his stock. Although questionable, he has a way of making it look polished and nice. I’m sure this won’t be the last time we see Westbrook showcasing his unique style in magazines.
