Floyd Mayweather

The only way Floyd Mayweather will leave the sport of boxing undefeated is if one day he suddenly retires, no matter how great you are, if you keep boxing the L will come.

Regardless of what you think about him personally, you have to respect his skills and record in boxing. He has one of the greatest records of all time that no one talks about.

He is 43-0, so throughout his career, that is 129 scorecards that have turned in and he has only lost one of those scorecards.

128 out of 129 scorecards has shown Floyd Mayweather as the superior fighter (He lost on one scorecard in his split decision win against Oscar De La Hoya).

But, Father Time is always lurking and there are always the Robert Guerrero’s of the world, who know they can be known forever as the man who gave Mayweather his first loss. I know somewhere in the back of Mayweather’s mind, he knows that it could be coming, but his competitive nature also wonders how long can he hold it off. Showtime/CBS are putting their marketing muscle behind him, we will see how happens.

Here is a preview of his documentary 30 Days in May, that is debuting Wednesday, April 3, at 10 p.m. ET/PT on SHOWTIME.
