Unfortunately, Gilbert Arenas’ baby mama Laura Govan figured out this wasn’t the best of ideas, so she deleted the original photo off her instagram page.

Thankfully the guys from The Big Lead captured the photo and edited it pretty hilariously. Laura Govan was having a birthday or something else I don’t really care about, but here was the message with the photo.
