Five months after being indicted on conspiracy charges, Tanya Singleton has been released from jail on bail. From the AP:

Bristol Superior Court Clerk Marc Santos said through a court employee that Tanya Singleton of Bristol, Conn., had been released. She has been jailed since August in Boston.

Singleton has pleaded not guilty to criminal contempt and conspiracy to commit accessory after the fact. Prosecutors granted her immunity, but she refused to testify before the grand jury that indicted Hernandez.

Her court date has been pushed back to Feburary 27th but at least she isn’t in jail anymore.
