The Jacksonville Jaguars and EverBank will announce on Friday that a 10-year extension agreement has been has been signed to retain the stadium naming rights through the 2024 season. In 2010, EverBank and the Jags reached an agreement which averaged $3.32 million per year, totaling $16.6 million over the 5-year agreement.
The new deal between EverBank and the Jags is expected to exceed the last. EverBank is a local Jacksonville financial services company and the partnership between the two came into fruition when the Jags took over the stadium, originally called Alltel, from the city of Jacksonville.
