Niners Head Coach Jim Harbaugh was asked about the absence of #1 wide receiver Michael Crabtree during today’s training camp press conference and had this to say about the pass catcher.
Harbaugh said WR Michael Crabtree is “working through something,” could be back on practice field in a week or two.

The strangely vague response led many to believe that Crabtree is injured once again and the team is trying it’s best to conceal the injury.
Crabtree has struggled his entire career to stay healthy but the fact remains that he is the best wide out on their roster and they need him to be successful if they hope to win a championship.
Harbaugh also discussed second year running back Marcus Lattimore, who’s yet to take a snap as a 49er due to a several college injuries almost 2 years ago.
Harbaugh on RB @MarcusLattimore‘s comeback trail: “Marcus is going to be a part of this team in some form or fashion.”
