The Washington Post is reporting that Wizards shooting guard Bradley Beal is expected to “miss some time” after injuring his wrist while breaking his fall against the Hornets on Friday.
“He’ll be out,” the person said, though an exact timetable was unclear.
Beal landed on the wrist when he was fouled by Hornets forward P.J. Hairston late in the first quarter. He stayed in the game to make his foul shots, but was soon removed.
David Aldridge of TNT is now reporting that the Wiz fear Beal could miss the next 6-8 weeks with a broken wrist.
