I can’t speak for DeMarco Murray, and neither did Jerry, but Dez Bryant is a keeper. Bryant put up monster numbers on the season, was a leader and demonstrated that he is one of the top wide receivers in the NFL.
There has been widespread speculation on Bryant’s future in Dallas, but Jerry Jones put those rumors to rest quickly during one of his weekly radio appearances.
Via Charean Williams of the Fort Worth Star-Telegram, Jones said on his weekly radio show on 105.3 The Fan that if a long-term deal with Bryant can’t be reached this offseason, they’ll use the franchise tag on him.
Dez isn't going anywhere, Jerry says on his radio show. They have the franchise tag to use if they can't get a long- term deal.

Bryant has 84 catches for 1,221 yards and 14 touchdowns, and has shown that he offers more value and durability than DeMarco Murray.
